Live
Steps From Almost Everything Right Downtown At Church and Dundas!
|
Do
you remember the Sears building downtown?
Well, this is its new incarnation!
Walk to work downtown, or walk to the Dundas subway station and tube
it almost anywhere central within 10 minutes.
Or, hop on the streetcar on Dundas and "red rocket" it across
the city.
Want to grab a bite to eat? You have Kubo Restaurant right in your
building (and yes, there's room service), tons of eateries along Church
Street, along Jarvis, along Yonge Street and along Dundas. You won't
have to look hard to find restaurants ranging from cheap and cheerful
to expensive and elegant.
|
When
it's time to grocery shop, you need only go to the first floor of
the building to shop in the Dominion there. What could be easier?
There's movie theatres in the Eaton Centre at Yonge and Dundas and
more eclectic flicks at The Carlton, just east of Yonge and Carlton.
And shopping -- WOW! Choose to trod the same main streets that we
mentioned for restaurants and don't forget the Eaton Centre, the Bay
at Yonge and Queen and what will soon be some fabulous shopping in
the new Dundas Square, which is being developed at Yonge and Dundas.
|
|
If
live theatre is your cup of tea, you'll be within walking distance
of the historic and beautiful Winter Garden and Elgin theatres on
Yonge.
The theatre district is also just a quick subway or cab ride away,
along with the city's hottest night clubs and night spots.
Just take a moment to consider all the time that you now spend to
commute to work, or to shopping, or to your leisure time activities.
What would you do with all that extra time?
